These terms and conditions are deemed to have been accepted when the booking is made. 

General: Your reservation is made with Anne Carn and Gordon Glover trading as The Hunters Moon Guest House and represents a legally binding contract between you and the Guest House. We require a valid Credit/Debit card to secure bookings and reserve the right to charge the card for cancellations falling outside the permitted time scales, as detailed in 'Cancellation Policy' below. Payment: VAT is not chargeable as we are not registered. Payment accepted by Visa, Mastercard, debit card, cash. The first night's cost will be taken as a deposit to secure your booking at the time of booking. Balance is payable on arrival. We do charge 5% for credit/debit cards. Cancellation Policy: - If you cancel your visit to The Hunters Moon for whatever reason, your deposit will be forfeited as detailed below. more than 7days notice, the guest house will cancel the booking with no financial penalty** providing notice is received at least 7days in advance of the first nights stay. 7 to 1 days prior to commencement of stay- 100% of the total deposit We will however make every effort to relet your room, so as to avoid this situation.  If you fail to take up occupancy of the room/s booked a charge equivalent to the full cost of the stay booked ( 100% ) will be charged to the card on record.  Curtailment of Stay - No Refunds Given. A charge** of £5 will be made to reimburse deposits ( to cover banking charges ) the event of a cancellation... Deposits made though paypay will also have there own refund charges applied.. We recommend that you consider a holiday cancellation policy to mitigate the effects of any charges.  Check-in and Check-out: You room is ready for you from 3pm.  Please confirm your arrival times when making your booking. Last checking in time is 20.00hrs. ( 8pm ) Check-out time is 10:00 am on the day of departure. Special dietary requirements: We regret that we are not able to accommodate any person(s) with a serious and/or life-threatening nut or food allergy as we cannot guarantee the provenance of every item of food in our kitchen. Smoking: All bedrooms are non-smoking. Any bedrooms tainted by residual tobacco odours will be specially cleaned and aired over a 24-hour period and all charges resulting from this, both actual and loss of business (at prevailing tariff), will be charged to the credit card given to secure the booking. Damage: If there are any accidents or spills then please let us know. We reserve the right to charge for the replacement, cleaning or repair of any item(s) belonging to the guest house, or the fabric of the guest house itself, damaged either wilfully or because reasonable precautions have not been taken. In this event your credit card will charged without prior consent being required against invoice(s) that will be provided for the costs incurred. Other: - Vehicles and their contents are parked at owner's risk - We offer wireless internet access (WiFi) as a complement to our other services and do not guarantee its availability or level of service   All Bookings : Some periods require a minimum stay of two or three nights. If you cut your break short during one of these periods, you shall still be charged for the full minimum period.
